BMJ Case Reports accepts clinical case reports in a wide range of specialties is discoverable in PubMed, and peer reviewed. To publish for free in BMJ Case Reports, please contact the library for the fellowship code. Please do not post or share the code.

HCA Healthcare Journal of Medicine is an open access journal that does not charge fees. Though it is not indexed in MEDLINE, articles are discoverable in PubMed.

The journals should be free for authors, though some journals charge for color images.
