FHSLA 2024 Annual Meeting: Travel & Accommodations

Parking Instructions for guests:

• You will receive a special parking code in an email to all conference attendees.
• To use the code and register your vehicle, please click the link (You can only register your vehicle on the day of the event.) https://secure.parking.ucf.edu/ParkingPortal/Events/EventDefault.aspx
• Click the button that says, “Register for Event.“
• Type in the code you were given via email and click the button that says, “Validate Code.“
• Next, type in the following information: License Plate Number, State, Make, Model, Color, First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number. Then click submit.
• You will then be directed to a confirmation page, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
• Event Parking Permits are only valid in student parking lots and garages. Vehicles parked in employee, reserve, and service spaces are subject to citations.
